That's exactly how I've been feeling lately - " ....always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth. "
What I "know" are just my current beliefs/assumptions which allow me to function. What I do "know" is that my beliefs are just assumptions that may be right, wrong, or partially right and partially wrong. So, I'm open for new information and ready to adjust my beliefs.....
And, I'm not even addressing the AI business at this stage.
And, as you write, it's likely too late already. Just look around to see the loss of contact with reality in just this country alone - We buy products from companies ( Big Pharma/Big Medicine ) that have a history of producing products that harm and kill people. We don't seem to mind that the people in these companies who knowingly do this, for whatever reasons, aren't punished, hung for crimes against humanity ( ongoing ) or even fired, for crying out loud. And, the companies aren't shut down because of committing crimes against humanity.........And, then there's Kennedy Jr. who tells us in an interview with Tucker Carlson that for over 26 years the Hep B vaccine has been allowed to be administered to newborns within 24 hours of birth even after researchers in 1999 discovered that this vaccine caused a huge spike in autism and then buried it, hid the information. So, I've been listening......and listening......and listening......SILENCE ( Except for Jon Rappaport ) about this revelation. Nobody is up in arms, nobody is doing anything, NADA, NYET, NIL. So, daily, thousands of newborn children are still being given this disastrous vaccine. This is evidence to me that we are totally lost, we have totally lost, kaput.........to not give the slightest damn about our babies, children and the harm being done to them is about as brain dead and soulless as one can get.......... But again, I don't "know" this, it's just where I'm currently at.
The so-called pastoral epistles are pseudographical. Paul was now dead, and as happened often in these communities, people would step up and pretend to be the authoritative figure. The "Pastorials" have long been suspected of being non-Christ-like authoritarian leaders who wanted to put women back in their place and rule congregations authoritatively. Biblicalists will never be like Christ. For with Christ there is no need for following written directions in a pieced-together so-called (one book) bible.
The desire for an authoritative text is 100% ego. There is no, and was never meant to be, an authoritative text (a set of rules to live by). The English word, 'Church" was never intended to be interpreted as an organized, hierarchical control structure. The Greek word ekklēsia was commonly used in that part of the world. It simply meant a gathering. No Pope, no saints, no dogma. Just a few simple, authentic-inspired words here and there. Interspersed among a lot of personal opinions. Our hearts know the way. Follow your truth-seeking heart, and you will find the Way.
Higher knowledge filters down from others worlds; whereas, computation of old collected data with sequences of optional remixes may have substantially improved an EV motor, or a battery chemistry, or even rocket thrusters, (as pre-existing techs).
This is not equivalent to breakthroughs of higher consciousness, such as Nikola Tesla's gifted vision of poly-phase electrical distribution competing with manila ropes, (as was proposed to harness the power of Niagara Falls around the 1880s). Nor was his robotics fully understood.
Perhaps very clever business leaders will attract and sustain countless investors to improve revenues with marketed products, but higher consciousness breakthroughs are not digitally developed. Such higher forces are always at work in the great cosmic barter of consciousness development.
Hints of a grim-reaper, population reducer have only stirred the emotional equilibriums so far, and grim mass-emotions can become an uncontrollable risk for the elites. Peace is always a better prosperity for all.

There may be some holdouts, particularly in the middle states, but they won't last very long. TPTB will hunt them down and destroy their enclaves.
