They had a highly-trained psychic focus on a point in spacetime and he would be seated in a pilot's seat from a recovered crashed ET UFO (or a replicated version). The EM generated by Brookhaven would amplify the waveform of the psychic's thoughtform and it would create a quantum tunnel to that specific point in spacetime.
I'm not saying this is true. I'm saying this is what I was told. There was apparently an MKULTRA project going on at Camp Hero. Whether the time travel they were reported is true, I can't confirm.
The only living person left to discuss this is Stewart Swerdlow but he wasn't involved in the technological part. He was in the traumatic abuse/MKULTRA part but he observed a lot of it and says he was at the base for a decade.
