A good piece Helena. Would only add that Begin and Irgun were openly considering working with the Nazi's in '43 (I think) to form a brigade to fight the British.
But the Brits are completely blind to any of this even the murder of their own soldiers.
I remember getting this story first hand from an old soldier who was stationed there after the war but was so blinded by Christian Zionism I never really accepted what he said, sadly.
Recommend State of Terror by Thomas Suarez if you can obtain are copy at some” reasonable “ price. I find the history of Zionism fascinating and only recently became aware of the actions of Irgun,Haganah,LHI and the Stern gang. Stuff my 5th grade teacher left out. 🤔
