There has been strong 'evidence' that both the Vietnam and Afghanistan wars were merely to cover the opium business -- the operation Vietnam hid was in the Golden Triangle, and involved our CIA with the mossad and the Meyer Lansky crime syndicate; in Afghanistan it was, ostensibly, our CIA.
My buddies and I graduated high school in '65 … one of them was in Army Special Forces … and, when he got to Vietnam, he proved to be a very good shot at very long distances. The CIA showed up at his CO's office and they commandeered my buddy -- to assassinate local political and military leaders in that Golden Triangle area who were reluctant to go along with the CIA/mossad/Meyer Lansky crime syndicate. He was an assassin for them for more than 12 months … and had confirmed kills at more than 1 1/4 miles.
This was all taking place at a time when Nixon and his cohort (Henry the K) were vehemently denying that the US had no troops or other personnel in Laos or Cambodia …
He passed a few years ago … but going back to '68 when we both returned to civilian life, we had many talks about his 'job' in Vietnam. All of the killing he did there -- for our drug cartel and otherwise -- took a heavy toll on his soul.
Regarding Colombia and its drug empire: recall how during the late-'70s/early-'80s, our DEA was actively down in that region ostensibly fighting the cartels. Many of those DEA folks perished -- killed by the cartels -- and eventually a very, very inconvenient truth emerged: it was the idf that equipped and trained those cartels to fight our DEA … big surprise, that. It was also an era of enormous money laundering, especially in places like LA, where just one dealer in the LA Jewelry Mart was caught -- quite by accident -- laundering well over $1.5 Billion per year.
Dang Anthony thats the kind of story that belongs on Tucker Carlson!!
I briefly dated a guy who was a Vietnam vet who became a mercenary. Drafted and paid for by the DoD. He set up his own company with another guy in the UK and they ran a profitable business doing assassinations and ‘negotiations’. I met his partner and a few of his ‘employees’. They said that after Nam that was all they knew how to do. Kill. Not a good resume heading. They were paid in gold and nontaxable cash - black book.
My buddy was, of course, in the US Army the whole time of these events … but, once he was nabbed by the CIA thugs, his service record book became a blank for that span of time that he served their interests …
I once talked with my friend -- told him that when I looked into his eyes it was looking into the gates of hell. I asked what went wrong … he said he had one order in Vietnam -- to kill everyone he saw … and that's what he did. Lots of our Vietnam vets had similar orders … and that's what they did …
As usual, our corrupt government will do anything necessary to loot other country's resources. It's beyond shameful, but has been going on since the beginning of this country.
