The National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education Center (NCITE) is a Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence based at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). It provides access to innovation, technology, and education for counterterrorism professionals within the Homeland Security Enterprise (HSE) and intelligence community. The center supports HSE counterterrorism missions through user-inspired projects dedicated to terrorism prevention and emerging threat awareness.
NCITE is a research consortium comprising over 50 expert researchers from 29 universities across the U.S. and Europe. The center’s mission is to produce actionable research through a user-inspired approach that combines social science, business, and technology for homeland security. NCITE aims to build a community of innovative, curious, and security-minded students and researchers to contribute to the safety of the country.
Located in Omaha, Nebraska, NCITE is part of a vibrant city that hosts several institutions vital to the homeland security enterprise. These include the U.S. Strategic Command at Offutt Air Force Base, the FBI’s Omaha field office, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center with its National Biocontainment Unit and National Quarantine Unit.

Just in the same way that the FBI uses all of its capabilities to sustain the ongoing "Deep State" racket while pretending to enforce RICO, while in fact only using RICO as the excuse to legally take down competition. They are doing terrorism, asymmetrical warfare, and information war and unconventional war and organized crime under color of patriotic professionalism and law.

The fifth wheel is ready for 60-90 days of my annual boots on the ground and wheels rolling to enjoy happy campers.
