I'm not sure either? My remark was probably a reaction to a comment by bbb rather your historical overview which I don't really understand. A small number of people will always exert their influence to advance or obstruct an agenda. Each person should cultivate their own internal force to make themselves more impactful. The earth, the World, the Cosmos already has plenty of energy waiting to be turned toward some goal.
